Shipping Policy

Shipping
All purchases are shipped in DHL boxes. To protect the environment, we aim to use recycled packaging materials whenever possible; please note that this may include recycled paper, bubble wrap, and void-fill materials.

Processing time is 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with a 5:00 PM cutoff time for same-day dispatch.

Purchases exceeding €200 include shipping insurance.

Purchases exceeding €200 require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
